Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy is a collaborative process to achieve joint goals or therapeutic outcomes. In relationship therapy the relationship is the client.  During relationship therapy I will support all partners and explore issues and topics in a non-judgemental way. A relationship is a system where each part moves together.  I work with the parts to create a strong relationship which nurtures the partners and the partners nurture the bond.  A healthy relationship is scaffolded.  Through therapy, I work with clients to develop strategies and tools for the relationship toolbox to enable partners to scaffold their relationship building a healthy and strong relationship.  I am poly, kink and queer-friendly therapist.

Some of the reasons to seek relationship therapy:

  • The relationship “feels” stuck

  • Develop strategies to improve communication and handle disagreements

  • Challenges of step or blended families

  • Changes to the relationships

  • Explore kink or ethical non-monogamy

  • Mixed desire, high sex drive, lack of sex or a decrease in sex

  • Fertility, assisted reproductive technologies (ART) or in vitro fertilisation (IVF)

I also offer relationship marathons and bespoke relationship retreats. Find out more about relationship marathons and intensive relationship therapy.
